Farewell Indiana Jones!
After 15 years, Indy finally returns to the big screen with Mangold taking the helm on the latest installment in the franchise. Well, was the wait worth it? "Indiana Jones and The Dial of Destiny" follows daredevil archaeologist Indiana Jones who races against time to retrieve a legendary dial that can change the course of history. Accompanied by his goddaughter, he soon finds himself squaring off against Jürgen Voller, a former Nazi.

First off, let's discuss the story. I might be in the minority here but I thought the story to be very interesting. I think the concept is cool but the execution felt a little messy near the third act which is fine considering that they made up for it in that crazy and jaw-dropping ending. On the other hand here, I disliked the design of the villain and found him to be a little generic with no interesting side to him. He could have been way creepier with his design, especially after what happened to him in the intro. Moreover, I found some of his actions to be a little illogical. Of course, this didn't blind me from seeing Mikkelsen's performance which was phenomenal. On that thought, I absolutely loved the performances here. At 80 years old, Harrison Ford still has it in him! He loves this character and it shows. Whether it was the big action sequences or the small moments, Harrison did not disappoint. Phoebe Waller-Bridge did a great job too and her chemistry between Ford and herself was fine.

Furthermore, I would like to mention the excellent use of CGI here. The de-aged sequences looked mostly great and so was everything else. Of course, an Indiana Jones movie wouldn't be complete without John Williams' magical score! Indy's theme is better than ever and trusts me you'll leave the theater with a big smile on your face. Farewell, Dr. Jones!
